Everything is discounted up to 90% off retail price so they sell out fast.

 Act fast or you will miss out, once an item is gone, it is gone.

 

General FAQs

 

How long does each steal last?
A different steal is posted every day, 7 days a week. Quantities are limited and products sell fast. When the steal of the day is gone; it is gone.

 

Yesterdays steal was not sold out but I did not get to order it in time. Can I still order it from you?
Maybe. You might see it pop up again on another day! Also, check our blog. If we have just a few left of something, we will let you know how to purchase it there.

 

Can I put multiple steals in my shopping cart and checkout at once?
Sorry it does not work like that.  Once an item sells out it will disappear from your shopping cart.  You have to go through the checkout process and complete the transaction.

 

Can I purchase more than one Steal per day?
Yes, you may purchase up to 3 of any item. We request that the items purchased be used by you, a friend or given as a gift. No reselling these awesome steals please. It is not fair to the other genuine bargain hunters.  If we suspect that these steals are being bought and resold for a profit you risk being banned as a Crafty Steals customer.  

 

Do you allow products to be returned?
Since we are a deep discount retailer we currently do not accept returns. However, if you have a special situation with an item purchased you may feel free to email us. 

 

How do I contact Crafty Steals if I have a question or a problem?
You can email us. Customer service is very important to us. You will receive a response the same day if your email is sent before 3:00pm CST, Monday through Friday. All emails sent after 3:00pm CST, will be answered the following business day.  If you would like a phone call back, please include your phone number in the email.

 

Shipping FAQs

 

Do you combine shipping?
We will combine shipping on all items purchased in a single transaction.

 

Who do you use to ship your products?
We ship all packages with USPS. It is cheaper for us, therefore cheaper for you.

 

How long before my order will ship?
We try to get orders placed before noon CST out the same day.  Orders placed after noon on Friday will ship on Monday.  Occasionally we may have additional shipping information in the product description field.

 

How much am I saving by purchasing products in your online store?
The products are discounted 40-90% below retail.

 

Where do you ship packages?
We ship packages worldwide. Duties are NOT included, and declared based on the price paid for the item and the location that the product was manufactured.

 

What if my package has been lost or damaged by the USPS?
Please contact us and we will work with you and the USPS to resolve the issue.

 

Why does it take so long to receive my package in Canada?
It is not unusual for packages to take 3+ weeks to travel from Texas to their Canadian destination.  This is largely due to Canadian Customs and when they release the packages for delivery.  Some packages may make it quickly others may take longer, we have no idea of knowing how long each will take.

 

Do you charge international shipping rates for Canada addresses?
Nope. We charge our neighbors to the north domestic US rates.  However, duties are NOT included, and declared based on the price paid for the item and the location that the product was manufactured.

All payments are made through our secure payment site. We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

What are the shopper points at the bottom of my checkout screen?
We love our repeat customers and have a reward system in place to make your steals a little sweeter. For every dollar you spend on products you accumulate a point.  You can use your points to take money off your order right away or let them accumulate.  50 points = $1 off

 

Where can I find a coupon code?

We issue the coupon periodically for a variety of reasons. To make sure you are in the know on coupons follow us on facebook or twitter.

 

Do you share or sell personal information to third parties?
No. We will never share or sell your personal information to anyone. We value you as a customer.
